Susan started Seapoint Family Healthcare in 2003. After working in a few larger practices, she envisioned a smaller more intimate setting where families could receive their care together. She enjoys getting to know each patient as an individual. One of ten children, Susan grew up in Buffalo, NY and Coventry, RI and moved to NH where she raised her three children in 1997.
She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester in 1994 and completed her residency in family practice in a Tufts affiliated program in Lawrence, Massachusetts in 1997. She is board certified in Family Medicine and an active affiliate at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Prior to medical school, she received a BS, MS and PhD in mechanical engineering from MIT.
Susan is an avid tennis player and enjoys boating, hiking, snow shoeing and biking in her free time. She is former marathon runner. She and her children have traveled extensively in the US hiking and camping in many of our National Parks. They have also traveled as a family to England, France, Spain, Ireland, Mexico, Canada and many caribbean islands. She also shares her passion for photography with her family and friends.
Lori Lee Myers is a family nurse practitioner with 17 years of experience in the Seacoast community. She completed her nurse practitioner training at Simmons College in Boston in 1998 and earned her Master's degree in nursing science from Boston College in 1992. The University of Wisconsin conferred her undergraduate degree in nursing in 1987.
Lori brings compassion and attention to detail to her care of patients. She is extremely thorough and provides individualized care to every family member. Each concern and symptom is addressed and she encourages patients to be active partners in their health care. She has extensive experience caring for individuals of all ages ranging from 2 weeks old to 94 years of age and counting.
She lives in Greenland, NH and enjoys spending time with her family. As an outdoor enthusiast, she is an avid mountain biker, skier, and participant in all types of water sports. She knows the importance of a healthy lifestyle and understands what it takes to be active and fit. She enjoys a variety of leisure time activities include reading, playing piano, traveling, and training her Siberian husky.
Nicole grew up in Merrimac, MA and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Granite State College. She spends her free time lobstering and playing with her adorable border collie, Turbo and her goat, Ninja.
Meg grew up in Atkinson, NH and attended Middlesex College. She has two goats as pets, Flora and Fauna. She is an avid runner, hiker and snowboarder and ballroom dancer.
